About Me

Hello! Welcome to our little corner of the internet. My name is Crystal Marie. I have been married to my childhood crush (met when we were 8) for 10 years now.

We just welcomed baby #6! Our oldest is also a girl (9) and we have 4 boys in between (8, 6, 4, 2). Oh yes! Our hands are very full but so are our hearts!

Blogging

I began blogging on blogger 10 years ago when I moved from family in Texas to Utah. To keep loved ones updated. It’s actually still there. Check it out Cr-asey In Love!

I started another blog for my first pregnancy.

When we had our second baby, at three months Doctors discovered a brain tumor. I then started a blog for him. You can read his story here “The brain Tumor Story” .

We started a vlog in 2016 which we still post on our channel at Callison Chronicles , make sure to subscribe there!

Why Blog or Vlog?

I grew up with a dad who always had a camera in my face. Whether that was pictures or video. So it has always been important to me to keep record of my life and share with family and loved ones.

I mainly kept record to share with my dad who lived in another state, in order for him to keep up with the grandkids. My dad passed away in 2018 and I felt like I lost my sense of purpose. The last two years have been really tough for me but I am growing and learning.

About the Blog

So …. in ten years … I … dated, got married, had 6 kids and lost 4 babies. Survived a brain tumor, became a special needs mom, husband lost many jobs, moved 12 times, lost myself, and found myself again.

So here I am in my little corner of our closet ready to share everything I learned about marriage, relationship, motherhood, and my self especially during these last 10 years and what I will continue to learn.
