I Want to See The World He Sees

I always wonder what goes on in his head.

Out of all the kids, Gavin 4, is the most hyper active. It’s tough to get him to stop, to listen or to understand.

“Mommy, I have to run! I have to jump! I HAVE TO!” I know there is a whole world in his head and that he is constantly exploring it, the world around him and his ideas.

He is very independent. Well, that’s what he thinks and at the end of the day I stare at his feet and think how they must be so tired from all the wild and free running and playing.

You can see in his eyes that the gears in his brain are constantly in motion. Even if he can’t communicate what is happening, it’s a beautiful thing to watch.

I wish I could just get into that head and see the world that he sees.
